The idea for this children’s book was born from an experience I had with my nephew Jameson and by happenstance writing this helped me to confront the loss of two of my friends. I hope that it helps anyone who is grappling with the complexities of losing a loved one. Especially when we are young, these big emotions can have big impacts. May this book be the gentle hand in the dark for someone going through it.
